By accessing or using MinifyPic ("the Service"), available at minifypic.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and MinifyPic ("we", "us", or "our").

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.

MinifyPic provides a suite of online tools for image processing, PDF management, document conversion, and related media operations. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Browser-based tools: Image compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, metadata removal, image filters, QR code generation, and Base64 encoding. These tools process files locally within your web browser using client-side technologies such as WebAssembly, Canvas API, and Web Workers.
• PDF tools: PDF merging, splitting, compression, password protection, unlocking, signing, page numbering, and format conversion (Word to PDF, Excel to PDF, HTML to PDF, Markdown to PDF, PDF to Word, Image to PDF).
• AI-powered tools: Background removal, image enhancement, and vectorization. These tools require server-side processing and may involve temporary upload of files to our secure servers.

We strive to keep the Service available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without liability.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Certain features of the Service, such as AI-powered tools, may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use, violation of these Terms, or abusive behavior.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any connected systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or disrupts the Service for other users
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose that involves reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our tools as your own
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, against anyone who violates these restrictions.

Our content: The Service, including its design, code, logos, user interface, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by MinifyPic and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all files, images, and documents you upload to or process through the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. For browser-based tools, your files remain on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. For AI-powered and server-based tools, your files are processed transiently and are not stored permanently on our servers.

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of personal information and file data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

For browser-based tools, we process files locally on your device and do not upload them to our servers. For AI-powered tools and certain conversion features, files are temporarily transmitted to our secure servers for processing and are not retained after the operation is complete.

MinifyPic offers a voluntary donation feature to support the continued development of free tools. Donations are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. All donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not grant any additional rights or access beyond what is freely available on the Service.

By making a donation, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment card details; all payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by MinifyPic. These include but are not limited to:

• Google Analytics for usage analytics
• Google AdSense for displaying advertisements
• Supabase for authentication and account management
• Razorpay for payment processing
• Google Translate for language translation

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or output provided by the Service. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MinifyPic and its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MinifyPic, its founder, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you upload to or process through the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may request account deletion by contacting us at support@minifypic.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
